A Democrat will tell you anything. The Forefathers didn't write the 14th Amendment. They were all dead and gone by then. The 14th Amendment didn't show up until AFTER RECONSTRUCTION. Another reason not to vote Democrat.
Also, the 'Language' of the Federalist Papers behind the Amendment make it clear it was written for former Slaves and their offspring. Because Blacks weren't allowed to be citizens. The 14th Amendment made it official. Besides, back then no one could imagine ILLEGALS pouring in from 170 different countries for free stuff.
Trump knew what he was doing in submitting the Executive Order on BirthRight citizenship. He knew it would be rejected. However, now it will be straightened out and broken down in court.

PROTECTING THE MEANING AND VALUE OF AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP
Section 1. Purpose. The privilege of United States citizenship is a priceless and profound gift. The Fourteenth Amendment states: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” That provision rightly repudiated the Supreme Court of the United States’s shameful decision in Dred Scott v. Sandford, 60 U.S. (19 How.) 393 (1857), which misinterpreted the Constitution as permanently excluding people of African descent from eligibility for United States citizenship solely based on their race.
But the Fourteenth Amendment has never been interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within the United States. The Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded from birthright citizenship persons who were born in the United States but not “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” Consistent with this understanding, the Congress has further specified through legislation that “a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” is a national and citizen of the United States at birth, 8 U.S.C. 1401, generally mirroring the Fourteenth Amendment’s text.
Among the categories of individuals born in the United States and not subject to the jurisdiction thereof, the privilege of United States citizenship does not automatically extend to persons born in the United States: (1) when that person’s mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth, or (2) when that person’s mother’s presence in the United States at the time of said person’s birth was lawful but temporary (such as, but not limited to, visiting the United States under the auspices of the Visa Waiver Program or visiting on a student, work, or tourist visa) and the father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth.
Sec. 2. Policy. (a) It is the policy of the United States that no department or agency of the United States government shall issue documents recognizing United States citizenship, or accept documents issued by State, local, or other governments or authorities purporting to recognize United States citizenship, to persons: (1) when that person’s mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth, or (2) when that person’s mother’s presence in the United States was lawful but temporary, and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth.
(b) Subsection (a) of this section shall apply only to persons who are born within the United States after 30 days from the date of this order.
(c) Nothing in this order shall be construed to affect the entitlement of other individuals, including children of lawful permanent residents, to obtain documentation of their United States citizenship.
Sec. 3. Enforcement. (a) The Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Commissioner of Social Security shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that the regulations and policies of their respective departments and agencies are consistent with this order, and that no officers, employees, or agents of their respective departments and agencies act, or forbear from acting, in any manner inconsistent with this order.
(b) The heads of all executive departments and agencies shall issue public guidance within 30 days of the date of this order regarding this order’s implementation with respect to their operations and activities.
Sec. 4. Definitions. As used in this order:
(a) “Mother” means the immediate female biological progenitor.
(b) “Father” means the immediate male biological progenitor.
Sec. 5. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

We see them everywhere, in Magazines, on the Run Way, in advertisements on TV. They are the slender women strutting their stuff or extra ordinary Beauties with their sultry looks flashing their pearly whites while wearing the newest Styles from the hottest Designers. We are talking about the fashion models of today, yesterday and tomorrow. They are everywhere we look, but who brings them to us? Their images are captures with care and precision, patience and that special look for style, color and lighting composition. I am talking about the fashion photographers.
In the fashion circles famous names like Mario Testino (easily one of the hottest names out there) and Eva Mueller (photographer for Fashion Magazine Allure) are just as sought out if not more then those men and women sauntering their way into our conscious.
High Paychecks and glamour's Lifestyle of hob nobbing it with the rich and famous might be the dream of many young shutterbug, however it is not easy to reach the golden Staircases of the well-known fashion houses and magazines. For every one talented photographer, hundreds are left panting at the sidewalk, only dreaming about the moment that their photo will be chosen.
Here are a few tips for the novice and dreamer of dreams in getting started in fashion photography. Study your subject. You can never learn enough. Read and look at any fashion Magazine you can get your hand on. There are fantastic books on Fashion and fashion photography available. Amazon.com has a true treasure trove available.
You need one or two good cameras, tripod and a lighting system. Always make sure that you have plenty of film and batteries available. SLR and digital cameras take different photos, so make sure you find the best for your field.
When submitting your work, hopefully to give a chance you have to have a portfolio on hand, just in case the editor of the fashion magazine wants to see samples of your work. I assure you if they consider working with you that is going to be a fact.
The sharp, bright images of a 4X5" transparency show of your work to its best effort. If you have already had a publication, no matter if, it was a small neighborhood magazine/paper or a contest a tear sheet (literally a sheet you tore out of the magazine) works well. If neither is at hand a good high quality 8 X 10 "is acceptable as well. You want to make sure that you have a minimum of 20 photos in your portfolio and preferably different styles. You want to show your expertise in full figure or just partial body parts.
Remember, fashion includes jewelry and accessories. Sometimes a watch from a famous maker on the slender wrist of a beautiful woman is a good fashion shoot. If you are applying for the job, be prepared to leave your Portfolio behind for an extended period of time, sometimes as much as a couple of weeks. I would advice you to make copies and have several on hand. This comes in handy when showing your work to many different people for consideration for fashion work.
In the time of modern technology, it is good to display your talent as a fashion photographer online as well. Set up a website; submit your photos to contests. Submit them to an online fashion gallery. This helps with getting your work seen and people can see what type of work you actually do and can do for them.
Most editors are looking for your personality in the photos you take. Each fashion photographer captures the soul of the fashion and its model differently. There are a couple of very good 'how to get started' websites on the net. You might wish to start out with http://www.fashion.net/howto/photography/ or http://www.stylecarrer.com/fashion_photographer.shtml. Most importantly, if this is your dream, don't give up. Keep trying and I hope to see your images on the cover of my next hot fashion magazine.

They decided to let the Green New Dealers run public policy, don't clean the underbrush, don't do water capture, all in order to save a little bitty frog and a little bitty fish. Then they build subdivisions in areas where they DON'T CLEAN THE UNDERBRUSH. Now they have 20K to 30K people with one or tow roads in and out. Insurance companies look at that, data, and stats and say "We're not paying for an inevitable LOSS...Because the Governor capped premium payments, and Insurance is a BUSINESS, and they don't do bad business.
Clinton jacked up the Housing and Banking Industry.
Obama jacked up the Medical Insurance Industry.
Carter jacked up Education.
Biden jacked up everything he could.

Pelosi broke her hip in Europe, probably drinking MERLOT, when the CEO got shot...AFTER MAKING MONEY IN A STOCK TRADE recently on a 1.4 Million Dollar CALL OPTION on UNITED HEALTHCARE. Hmmm ... Karen 'Buzzcut' Bass was in Africa when she knew and after she issued a State of Emergency BEFORE she left for Africa. Biden just gave Ukraine 500 Million. If the fires had have hit just hours later he would have been OUTTA Town while he gave California relief and money to Ukraine.
I'm just connecting dots, like they taught us at Washington Elementary in Bristow.
I am curious to see who swoops in and buys up property like they did in Hawaii. Because, the LEFT hates private property ownership unless THEY own it. Strange how insurance companies decided to recently cancel Fire insurance in the recent months. Also, when they announced the wind forecasts last week, the terrorists, China, Iran, and Russia, etc. saw it too. So since Biden has let 12 Million Unknowns into the country I am sure some of those fires were nefarious...and to many Democrats are throwing up their hands and crying CLIMATE CHANGE. NO.

Karen Bass is called 'Buzzcut' because when she was the California Assembly Speaker and in the California Senate she sported a BUZZ CUT. She termed out in both Assembly and Senate. And the only word she knew was "REVENEW". She turned every stone to tax the people to feed the Government beast. Then she went to Congress for 12 or so years, got bumped by Kamala, and decided to run for Mayor of LA. California voters are politically illiterate.
Check this out. Kamala Harris, as CA AG, wrote Prop 47 that allowed $950 in smash and grab robberies. It got so bad California votes in Prop 36 while she was trying to be President and bring California to the country. They rejected her crime policy. Now, she is the front runner to be the next Governor of California. They treat it like a popularity contest. Democrats don't LOVE you. They just SAY they do. Republicans don't love you either. They just don't HATE THE COUNTRY!!!
