Bailout For California
Biden has committed the Federal Government to pay for 100% of the California recovery for the next 180 days, including salaries. So, do to bad management the other 49 states have to pay for it for 180 days. They are allocating generators to pump water because they blame the shortage of water was the utility companies fault.
