"Pay Their Fair Share"
Democrats always claim the rich don't pay their fair share...Unless it's them.
JB Pritzker, the Democratic Governor of Illinois, aka 'Jelly Belly', who wants to be President, was born a BILLIONAIRE. He is one of the 'Oligarchs' that Bernie Sanders and AOC won't mention. He buys off political candidates. The Pritzker family runs 64 NGO's. They are considered 'Philanthropists' as a cover for where the money goes. Here is where the 'greed' shows up. He inherited 1.9 Billion Dollars. He has a vacant mansion in Illinois that was worth 6 Million dollars. He had all of the bathrooms ripped out making the mansion uninhabitable. The assessed value dropped from 6 Million to 1 Million. It saved him $330,000 in property taxes. It also caught the attention of the IRS for tax evasion. If he runs for President I am sure he will be asked. However, he is a BILLIONAIRE that Democrats like.
Then we got the New York A.G., Letitia James. James bought a five-family property in Brooklyn in 2001 with a loan that is only available for homes with four units or less. She lied on the loan documents. During the last two decades, she has consistently misrepresented the same property as only having four units in both building permit applications and several mortgage documents and applications. In 2023 Lititia James purchased a home in Norfolk, VA. She put on the loan docs that it would be her PRIMARY residence. At that time she was the NY A.G. and still is. By law the NY A.G. must live in NEW YORK. A primary residence statement get you a better interest rate. There was no victim in the civil suit she brought against Trump. She claimed that Trump over valued his property in Florida...and she is in New York. She claimed he over valued the property to get bigger loans, so he got money someone else should have gotten. Th we banks he dealt with were satisfied, got paid, and were ready to do business again. Same with the insurance companies. James is the one that got something she shouldn't have gotten. She convinced the court to require Trump to pay 500 Million Dollars because she made them think she knew more about real estate thank Trump and the banks.
Then we have Senator Elizabeth Warren. She and her husband made a chunk of money flipping foreclosed houses after the 2008 housing crisis. Warren made $240,500 (before deducting unknown remodeling costs) in the mid-1990s by flipping five houses in Oklahoma. Several of the homes were foreclosures, and a lack of permits on file with local government suggests she did not make significant improvements in some of the houses before flipping them. Now, Warren, Bernie Sanders, and the Astronaut Senator Kelly are grabbing up the drug money and hating on RFK Jr.
Then we have AOC. She has raised 9 Million Dollars during the first quarter of 2025. And she is on the 'OLIGARCHY' Tour with the 1% Bernie Sanders.
Bernie Sanders owns multiple homes and never had a job in the private sector. Barack Obama owns multiple homes and has never had a private sector job.
All of the people mentioned in the piece have figured a way to transfer Government money to their pockets.
