I was listening to this guy name Mike Benz. He has a Podcast and used to work in the Trump 1.0 Administration. He warned about USAID And explained why they are pushing so much DEI.

In the 2018 Bangladesh election, the CIA didn't like who won. What they realized is that if you introduce and push DEI to the undeserved, marginalized, and minority populations, soon they will become aroused and all it takes is a spark to set off a series of riots a d chaos and possibly affect the outcome of an election. So the DEI plan went into affect in Bangladesh. The riots were so bad the sitting President had to eave the country in aHelicopter. Sound familiar ... DEI and Rioting...

So, here is where USAID comes in. They are INDEPENDENT of the GOVERNMENT. Reason is that Diplomats, Politicians, and Generals can't just walk into a war torn area. USAID can since they are INDEPENDENT, and AID workers  are always welcome. The CIA, as Benz explained, gives money to a 3rd a party then it goes to USAID. Sometimes the money goes a reverse route as well. Apparently they help Soros run his projects as well. Besides, they,are all on the same side.
