BREAKFAST? HUNGRY???
I heard something this morning that sparked a nerve. A Woman who was a Doctor/Dietitian said the phrase "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" is actually false. She said it was created by KELLOGGS to sell boxes. She went on to say that sugary Breakfasts cause your glucose to spike later in the morning and forcing you to GO FOR MORE food throughout the day.
My experience in training people:
Avoid fried food, junk food, and soft drinks. Get at least 6 hours of sleep, drink water, eat your fruits and vegetables, lift weights-AND don't worry about the amount of weight. Focus on FORM. Build from the inside out. (Legs, Back, Chest, Abs...Those are the largest muscle groups and burn more calories, thus increasing METABOLISM...Then you can eat ANYTHING), focus on RMR, and don't sweat the BMI...The BMI isn't racist. After you conquer the RMR, then worry about the BMI.
