The Federal Government has a ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Nowadays the thermostats are digitized and hooked up to WiFi and so forth. In the small print you have to handover control of your digital thermostat to the Government.
They don't go after BIG ELECTRICITY because that way they can FLIP THE SWITCH and control you. They go after everything 'BIG' except ELECTRICITY. They hate BIG OIL, BIG GROCERY, BIG PHARMA, BIG MEAT ... But they love them some BIG ELECTRICITY.
